At Bethesda Softworks/Zenimax Media, I served as Director of Production for the Central Technology Group (CTG). As someone who coincidentally was born in Bethesda, it was a lifelong dream to work with the studio. :)
CTG developed and supported numerous centralized, common tools and systems including platform game services, identity, social, commerce, anti-cheat/toxicity, and modernized User Generated Content (UGC)/Mods products that expand value and extend the productive lifespans of games.
During my time with CTG, we worked closely with all studios within the Bethesda/Zenimax family (BGS, Arkane, id, MachineGames, ZOS, Alpha Dog, Tango Gameworks) to develop critical tools and services that served the entire portfolio of games developed. Additionally, we expanded the reach of our offerings to other studios within the XBox Studios family.
It was very exciting getting to work with so many studios and teams at once. There was always high-impact work to pursue and games to help shepherd to successful launches.
